Contact Form

The information collected through contact forms on this website is stored in a secure digital file, enabling Biotrial to contact users who complete these forms. Personal data is not kept for any longer than necessary in light of the purpose(s) for which that personal data was originally collected, held, and processed. When personal data is no longer required, all reasonable steps will be taken to execute its erasure and/or disposal without delay. In compliance with GDPR law, users can exercise their right to access their personal data by contacting the Biotrial Data Protection Officer.

The Right to Delete

Users who can prove their identity may request the Data Protection Officer to rectify, complete, update, lock, or delete their personal data. If the user so requests, Biotrial must provide proof that the requested action(s) have been performed. This proof is to be free of charge to the user and provided within one month, except in the event of exceptional and justified impossibility.

The Right to Portability

Users have the right to request personal data which they have provided to Biotrial. Such data is to be distributed to users in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Users are entitled to transmit such data to another controller.
